Inspection
The inspection found a few things which need to be fixed and a few things which may be a major expense. We are planning a major renovation in a year, so there isn't anything that needs attention right away. We have given the inspection report and the list of things we want taken care of before closing on the house. We have asked the real estate agent to call us on Monday to let us know if the seller agrees or disagrees. We are getting kind of hesitant with hurricane season seeming to get active, but we hope IF a hurricane hits, it hits before closing.
